Illinois Ag Invest Program Loans & Linked Deposit Program Loans

Ag Invest Program Loans are offered through a partnership with the Illinois Treasurer’s Office. They can be used to purchase equipment, secure a line of credit, purchase land, and cover construction costs. Loans are available at below-market rates.

Beginning Farmer Loans

These loans are offered through the Illinois Farm Development Authority and are designed to help new farmers overcome barriers to entering the agriculture field.

Farmer Mac Loans

We offer Farmer Mac I and Farmer Mac II loans. These loans are available through a partnership with the USDA that can assist with farm ownership, operation, and conservation.
